P.A.D package
During your programme startup, our P.A.D packaged service offers you the
technological launch pad. We help you to establish a clear technical roadmap & blueprint.We will put together high level solution design and will take it through your organisations approval processes. We help you drive a successful outcome during your initial phase of your programme, based on our experience using our 3-step process:
Plan
We engage with the key stakeholders from day 1 to secure wider buy-in whilst creating the formal technical scope of work and Target Operating Model with capabilities.
Analyse
We work with the stakeholders and business users to derive high level requirements from the capabilities identified in the Target Operating Model.
Analyse the Scope, TOM and high level requirements and produce technical options
paper. We will take them through your appropriate governance processes and will seek approvals.
Design
- We will produce the Solution blueprint setting out the technical vision.
- We will produce the High Level Solution design document specifying the end to end solution
- We will produce transition and migration planning documents with clearly defined work streams and projects that will constitute the programme.
- We will produce the techncial governance model to govern the technical aspects ofthe programme.
- We will take the design through existing governance processes within your
organisation and seek approvals.
P.G.B package
P.G.B packaged service offers you the technical expertise to govern and build your solution once you have established your high level solution design. We help you drive a successful outcome during this phase of your programme, based on our experience using our 3-step P.G.B process:
Procure
- We will help you with your request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP) process working with your procurement and compliance teams very closely.
- We will provide our tried and tested short listing and selection methodology during the procurement process for selecting the appropriate tools and technologies.
- We will help you with short listing and selecting the delivery partners (if applicable)
Govern
- We will help you establish the Programme Technical governance board to manage all the workstreams and projects.
- We will setup the terms of reference for the governing body and define the memberships.
- We will help you to setup the programme artefact standards so that all suppliers can understand and use the same representations and technical language.
- We will help you govern the various deliverables spread across different projects and workstreams using our expertise governing large programmes.
Build
- We’ll help you create appropriate scrum teams keeping to the transition planning guidelines.
- We’ll also help you create a scrum of scrums if there is a need.
- We’ll help creating a programme backlog.
- We’ll help splitting them into specific appropriate sprint backlogs keeping with the overall transition planning guidelines.
- We’ll help to keep the sprints not deviating from the original design by actively participating in sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
- We’ll help manage , monitor and schedule the technical deliveries from the delivery partners and freelancers.

Documentum
- Documentum Initial Implementation

and implementation of solutions for the Business Intelligence using SAP BW4HANA. - Integration of BW / HANA and BO on top of BW Query, HANA views and creation of SAP BO Webi reports, IDT , crystal report.
BW4 HANA modeling and reporting (ADSO, Composite Provider, BW Queries etc by aligning with LSA++ architecture.
SLT, Flat file based data replication into HANA Db for HANA modeling.
- Define in Native HANA, HANA Studio BWMT for HANA views (Attribute view,
Analytical view, and Calculation view) on top of ECC based source tables and ECC data sources and flat files. - Dataflow and reporting from SD (Orders, Delivery, Billing), MM (Purchasing),
